Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents in the U.K. and Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees of Pentax U.K. Limited, together with their immediate families, the Company’s agents or anyone professionally involved with this promotion cannot participate.

2. Cashback can be claimed on purchases of any Pentax K20D or K200D camera and lens kit (excludes body only purchases) between 11th June and 31st August 2008. Any purchases made from 4th June onwards can benefit from this promotion.

3. £100 Cashback is available on any Pentax K20D Digital SLR camera and lens kit. £50 Cashback is available on any Pentax K200D Digital SLR camera and lens kit.

4. Irish customers will receive the refund in Euros. 120 Euros Cashback is available on any Pentax K20D Digital SLR camera and lens kit. 60 Euros Cashback is available on any Pentax K200D Digital SLR camera and lens kit.

5. Cashback only applies to products which have been supplied and distributed within the U.K. and Ireland by Pentax U.K. Limited.

6. Cashback is only available on end user purchases by individuals and not to any person, company or organisation that has purchased Pentax products for resale.

7. Products must be purchased as new from an official Pentax dealer. Stock is subject to availability. Cashback is not available on second-hand or refurbished product.

8. Cashback is redeemed directly through Pentax U.K. Limited. Payment will be issued for the appropriate amount within 6 working weeks of receipt by Pentax of an eligible claim form and supporting proof of purchase as detailed. Payment will be by bank transfer or cheque (as selected on the claim form).

9. Cashback applications can only be made using the official promotion claim form available to download in PDF format at www.pentax.co.uk. The original Barcodes cut from the product boxes and a copy of your till receipt, dated between 4th June and 31st August 2008 must be included when you return the claim form. Please do not send original till receipts. Submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant.

10. All cashback applications must be sent via recorded post to Andrew Mellor, Pentax U.K. Limited, Pentax House, Heron Drive, Langley, Slough, Berks SL3 8PN. We will not accept any claims by fax, telephone or email.

11. The closing date for applications is 12th September 2008.

12. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Pentax U.K. Limited cannot accept responsibility for illegible or damaged applications, nor applications or cheques lost in the post.

13. Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

14. Cashback applicants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Pentax U.K. Limited reserves the right to terminate or change any aspect of this promotion without any prior notice.
