Remuneration

PENTAX U.K. Limited provides a competitive salary and benefit package (on completion of the three month probationary period).

Holidays

22 days basic annual holiday plus 8 days public holidays per year on start.  This rises to 24 days.  We also operate a flexible benefits package allowing you to purchase extra days holiday up to a total of 30 days each year.  Many of our employees find this very useful, whether it is for a specific special holiday, to fit in with children’s holidays or simply for a better work life balance.

Private Medical Insurance

We believe that the good health of our employees is a vital priority.  We therefore provide private healthcare to all our employees. As part of our flexible benefits scheme cover can be upgraded to include family.
