you, the greater impact it has on your clinics. Our repair turn around
times are designed to minimise disruption of the clinic, therefore, for
your convenience back up loan scopes are provided.
Some of our recently introduced packages include a loan scope held in your unit for immediate use,
no delays and no disruption to your clinic. To ensure a swift return of your equipment we use 'TNT Meditrans' before
12.00pm next day delivery.

Our philosophy is to remain competitive on all our chargeable repairs and service contracts.
To demonstrate this, PENTAX UK service contracts have not increased for two years and wherever possible
Pentax UK have passed on savings to our customers in reduced costs.
Hygiene
Pentax U.K. believe hygiene is an important issue in today's Endoscopy
market. We were the first company to introduce totally brushable
channels for improved hygiene.
Working/Quality Standards
Pentax believes in very high quality standards both in products and
quality of repairs. Hence before a repair is returned, it has to pass
vigorous quality controls checks, once by a Technician and then by a
Quality Controller. PENTAX is a holder of the ISO9002 standard
certificate.
